Winy

I always said that my child would not be a winy child. Little did I know that Gerald Monroe Rhodes III had other plans in mind. He has began wining when he see me at school. I have to sneak past his class (which I pass on a regular basis) and whisper to his teachers if I go over there.

Truth be told... it makes me feel VERY loved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Water Baby

This is our little water baby. He LOVES baths and never wants to get out! He fusses when the water's turned off and it really is quite funny!

Jerry will hold the spray nozzle in front of him and he'll lean forward and stick his face in it! He's clearly going to enjoy his swimming pool that the Easter bunny brought him!

Weekday @ The Zoo

Thursday we had a fun field trip to the zoo with our preschool. We saw many of our friends & teachers from school as well as many cool animals. We walked up the giant hill to the botanical gardens with our friends Mrs. Sally, Caleb & Samuel. Trey even splashed his feet in the fountain water. I think that was his favorite part and mine was all the wonderful flowers in bloom. Caleb and Samuel ran around in the fort as did Sally trying to keep them close. We had a super fun time and I can't wait to go again soon!

Trey's New Slide

We found out today that Trey has an ear infection in his left ear. Hence the fever and crankiness from the past 3 days!!!! (Not to mention he has his 2 top front teeth coming in!) This is his first ear infection and I hope that this is not going to be a habit he picks up! But on a happier note, Trey's aunt, Kiki, passed him this super cool slide. Today has been his first day to play with it and boy does he LOVE it!!! He climbed up and down the slide part and flipped off the stairs a couple of times. I am really having the hardest time with how fast my little man is growing up!!!

Thank you Kiki for all the fun and enjoyment that Trey will get from this new toy! You rock!

Mr. Busy Body

When I looked at Trey's "Mr. Busy Body" Smilebox below, I noticed that it posted in the middle of the video. So the part where it says "The End" with him looking out the window isn't the end really. Oh Well...

It is so hard to believe our sweetie is already 10 months old! Plans and invites are already in process for his 1 YEAR party!!! Time is moving SOOOOOO fast!!
