Getting It Done

We still have a few more things to do before the house will "be on the market" I am so excited to see these things getting done that I could just squeal! I LOVE doing house projects!!! Hopefully it will have a sign in front of it by Wednesday!!! That is my goal.

My terrible horrible no good very bad day!

So today started off VERY poopie!
I was working outside (which I LOVE to do) but suddenly realized I was standing in a huge ant bed! Now those of you in the ol' sandhill area know that ants are our VERY CLOSE neighbors. There is a house every 2 steps, so why I didn't realize I was in one of them's home is beyond me! Anyways, I got bit up pretty well and the mosquitos were still in their morning rampage so my legs are itching like crazy! That is thing #1. #2 is Trey is into EVERYTHING (yes I know kids his age always are). So we are packing and he is unpacking! I have a hard time being ok with someone undoing the work I have already done. So we are working hard at keeping things where he can't get into the boxes. #3 My phone is completely shot. I don't know when I will have a phone again so if you need to call me, call Jerry's phone. If you don't have that number e-mail me and I'll give it to you #4 is, little Mr. Nosey Pants pulled a gallon can of deck sealant on to his leg and spilled the whole thing ALL OVER the kitchen floor! Needless to say he has a bruise and the floor is very clean now. Jerry and I wiped for a long time. We used old washcloths and squeezed them back into the can so we didn't loose too much. This preparing to move has been stressful!

God is so good!

I can not begin to tell how excited I am about what all God is doing!!
We have family & friends helping us out so wonderfully through a rough patch, friends who have been trying to get pregnant get pregnant with not 1 but 2 babies, another family who wanted a boy so desperately went to the hospital to have a little girl and got a boy, one family member getting the job she wanted, another finding out tomorrow their little one's sex and Jerry is having interview after interview and has another 2nd interview next week at a company he really liked! And to top this all off, I have the love of a very handsome little man at the age of 14 months and his father! Can God get any better?!?!!?!?!?!

Jerry's Games

Last week Jerry went to a thing called Gamefest South where lots of people got together and played games all day & all night. And when I say all day and all night I mean just that! I got e-mail from him at hours like 1:45 p.m. & 4:30 a.m. He had a wonderful time with his 2 best friends Charlie and Tae. I'm glad that they had fun and were back home safely Sunday afternoon. They stayed at a hotel called the Chattanooga Choo Choo. It was the actual train depot that the song was originated for. The pictures of the place were gorgeous and I hope to go some day!

My Weeks...

Each week I have so much going on that I rarely ever have just "me" time. It seems to be going OK like that for now! I'm babysitting, working at the church and going to play dates. I have yet another full week ahead of me and I can't wait! Monday I get to clean up from this past week and get our house back in order!!!!! I'm glad!! Chaos is bad for me! Our Realtor Mr. Charlie Disharoon is coming Tuesday, then we have nursery that night. Wednesday I will be meeting up with my family for some fun times and my niece Addie will spend the night with us as well as got to church nursery again also. Thursday Jerry leaves for a geek convention.. oops sorry, I mean a boardgame convention and Addie Trey and I will head to Florence. There we will join up with my sis-in-law for a cool tour of the airport! I will stay over night and have some fun family times! Then Saturday I will have a girls night and Sunday Jerry will come home and life will get back to a "normal" down time for a short while again. This is a short blurb about my life for now. Preschool will start again soon and I can't wait!!!! Woopie for life!!

The Latest...

So I haven't written anything in a while, mostly cause I can't find time to get on the computer. He is a few of the things that have been happening in our little world since I wrote last.

This is Trey helping me make a lemon cake. I dropped the tub of icing on the floor and it busted open so I needed to use it and we had a fun time! He really enjoyed eating the icing!!

Our friends Jacob and Ethan spent a week with us and they had the most fun out in the yard before the HOT part of the day!
